Ms Margaret Chrysanthemum Munson

Margaret had spent the first twenty years of her career working at for Girls, in . Its records being one of glowing academic and sporting success, the latter part being one Margaret holds her hand up, to having been head of Physical education.
A very athletic and keen sports women herself, Margaret can be seen daily, at 6am out on the school playing field, performing an arduous regime of exercise. A mere warm up to her ten mile run she takes every day before school. Any youngsters who have been unlucky enough to be caught giving less than a 100% in all they do, or breaking school rules will be found following a similar regime, with her “guidance.”

Margaret cannot understand why anyone would wish to pollute their body by smoking or drinking, or their mind by watching T.V .She most definitely cannot understand why everybody else does not feel the same, and subject themselves to a disciplined daily routine of exercise, as does she.

Margaret has no vices, not even on the dietary front, eating a low fat diet consisting mainly of fresh fruit, fish and vegetables. She always encourages students to eat healthy. Once she caused quite an uproar when she had a fried breakfast taken off the school menu.

Having recently been left a rather large inheritance, by a distant relative, Margaret decided to give up work and follow her passion to go mountain climbing in . Having conquered she is now back home in , with much time on her hands, looking for a fresh challenge in life.

Known by some youngsters as Monster Munson, she can appear fierce, however her rules are simple, you give 100% in all you do, If you do your best, then that is all that is required. (Although she believes there is no reason why personal bests cannot be improved, with a little “help and encouragement”). Deep down she has a large heart and a very good sense of humour, which often catches people unawares.

Ms Munson is a strong disciplinarian, believing hard exercise and a sore bottom are the quickest way to correct misbehaviour or lapses in standards.

She will only ever be observed, (apart from when going to church on Sundays,) as wearing a navy tracksuit, with a pristine white t-shirt underneath, and green flash trainers on her feet. As she spends most, if not all of her life exercising she sees little point in wearing anything else.
